The Origin of Ravenscraig
An original short story by Dawn McNaught
Before Ravenscraig had a name, three ancient trees guarded a place where old magic lay sealed beneath the moor. When the Morrigan called for her raven, one small spell reached the trees and broke the goddess into three.
The Mother vanished into a rift. The Maiden was bound to the Rowan. The Crone remained to watch over them both.
