Shipping and Digital Products - Policy

Most products available through this website are digital materials. These may include recipes, recipe cards, journals, informational sheets, artwork and other printable materials. Digital products are delivered electronically, so there is no physical shipping involved.

Some artwork may be shown on the website for customers who are interested in seeing the original piece. The artwork displayed may be available for purchase separately, depending on the piece.

Return & Exchange Policy

Digital recipes, recipe packages, printables and downloadable artwork are generally non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.

If you are having trouble locating or accessing your product, please send me a message and I will be happy to assist.

Artwork licensing and commissioned artwork are also generally non-refundable. Once a digital licence has been purchased or work on a commissioned piece has begun, the purchase cannot be refunded, except where a refund is required by law.

If you are interested in using one of my images or artwork for a specific project, publication, product, commercial use or other purpose, please contact me directly before purchasing. Licensing arrangements may be available depending on the intended use.
