Burst of Pride | Licensed Digital Art Print

A Burst of Pride was created in the fall of 2025, when Ontario’s trees were in full display and the landscape seemed almost lit from within by neon colour.

I decided to include this piece in my digital collection after seeing how strongly it resonated with guests viewing my artwork. There is something quietly Canadian about it, filled with colour, a sense of place and a little pride in where I come from.

This 16 × 20-inch licensed digital art print features a 12 × 16-inch image centred within a 2-inch border, allowing room for matting and framing. It was created from an original water colour painting by Dawn McNaught.

Dawn McNaught is a Canadian artist, author and food educator located in Peterborough, Ontario.

A passionate cook and storyteller, she works in multiple mediums, including acrylics, watercolours, digital art and mixed media, creating artwork inspired by nature, food, place and the beauty found in everyday life.
