Decorative Bread for Holiday Tables.

Being creative, in my case, means combining my sculpting and artistic abilities with the bread-making knowledge I’ve gained over the years. Even simple shapes can bring a little wow to the dinner table.

Many years of trying new things and working across industries have also taught me something practical: we all need to eat.

Canadian Thanksgiving comes earlier than American Thanksgiving, and I always have something to be thankful for.
