Featuring: A Sumac Sentinel and a Crimson Watcher

Two cardinals, both wary of the other creatures in their habitat.

Cardinals are not a bird you will find across all of Canada, but they are common in Ontario and Quebec. Their range is expanding north and west, and they are now seen as far as Saskatchewan and the southern prairie provinces.

With bright red plumage and a call as striking as their colouring, cardinals are not the prettiest bird in Canada, but certainly one worth watching. Your eyes can’t help but stray to the crimson feathers in the pines, though they are, not surprisingly, well camouflaged in sumac patches.

Each card is printed on premium card stock, blank inside for your own words, and paired with a white envelope.
