TERMS AND CONDITIONS
**1. Orders & Processing**
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Availability of products is subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, errors in pricing, or other circumstances.
**2. Pricing & Payment**
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.
- We reserve the right to update product prices and shipping costs at any time.
**3. Shipping & Delivery**
- Standard shipping for cards is via Canada Post. Small batch card orders include shipping costs in the listed price unless otherwise noted.
- Larger orders or original artwork/prints may require courier shipping; additional costs will be confirmed with the purchaser.
- International orders: all tariffs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, couriers, customs, or strikes.
**4. Returns & Refunds**
- All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
**5. Intellectual Property**
- All artwork, designs, and creative content on this website remain the sole property of the artist.
- Purchases of cards, prints, or originals do not grant reproduction rights. Products are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
**6. Liability**
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once an order has been dispatched.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
**7. Governing Law**
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
